We are currently recruiting for a Bank Support Worker to join our team at our homely local Learning Disability service, Wisteria House in Ipswich, Suffolk
The role will include providing quality bespoke support for adults of various ages, with a range of needs, including learning disabilities. The ability to work using own initiative as well as working as part of a team is essential.
We passionately believe that all of the people we support, no matter how complex their needs, should not miss out on any opportunities in life, and as such your role will be to work as part of a team to help people to achieve their goals and dreams.
You will provide support to our residents using a person centred approach and thinking. We are looking for people with a caring attitude, conscientious and reliable. Experience would be advantageous but is not essential as we provide full Care Certificate training. The successful candidates will be flexible and hard working, with the ability to work well within a team environment.
These positions are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and two satisfactory references
